Is there a free trial?
Yes. One month free, with no credit card required. Your trial runs on the Pro plan, phone visits included, so you feel Medulla in your own encounters before you pick a plan.
How do I get the 20% off?
Enter FIRSTYEAR at checkout when you pick a plan. It takes 20% off your first 12 months on any plan, monthly or annual, and it is for clinicians subscribing to Medulla for the first time. After the first year you move to the regular price.
What counts as an encounter?
One completed AI scribe session for one patient visit. The autochart suggestions, billing codes, plan reminders, letters, and Ask conversations that go with that visit don't cost extra.
I work at more than one clinic. Do I pay for each?
No. One subscription covers you at every practice you work at. Add each one under Settings and switch between them from your profile.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Move up or down from your billing settings, and the change takes effect on your next cycle.
Which EMRs do you support?
The EMR plugin works with Med Access, Oscar Pro, Oscar 19, Juno, Open OSP, Avee Health, and Avaros, and writes straight back into the encounter. On any other EMR, the web app scribes alongside it and you paste the note in. See every way to use Medulla.
